The final text must be supplied by legal for the India lending entity. The current public /in/ page reuses the Nigeria document (Wiam Nigeria Limited) and must not be used for India.

The India Terms of Use must cover at minimum: eligibility and enrolment, the loan application and approval process, loan terms, repayment, interest and fees under RBI norms, representations and warranties, the eNACH / mandate, use of personal information, intellectual property, disclaimers and indemnification, termination, governing law and jurisdiction (India), and contact / grievance details.
