The final text must be supplied by legal for the India lending entity. The current public /in/ page reuses the Nigeria document (Wiam Nigeria Limited, NDPC) and must not be used for India.

The India Privacy Policy must cover at minimum: the India lending entity and its registration details, the personal and financial data collected (including PAN and Aadhaar), the legal grounds for processing under the DPDP Act 2023, data shared with partners and credit bureaus, retention periods, cross-border transfer terms, user rights, and the grievance officer contact.
